Those of you who've been loyal Zenith customers over the last thirty years might get a shock the next time you pop into our head office in Ossett. Our trade counter has had a makeover, transforming into a modern, welcoming area for all our visitors.

 We now offer a brand new counter for customers collecting or returning sales, hire, repair and service equipment and the separate reception desk will also operate from this area. This change means that our friendly receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be happy to help you and arrange for the relevant person to process your request or answer your query.

Along with improving the overall appearance of the trade counter, we hope the change will improve efficiency for all customer transactions. For occasions where there may be a longer wait time than usual, we keep customers in mind and provide a waiting area with information and displays on our product range and even a TV!

The refurbishment is part of big changes happening at Zenith with the launch of our new website in January and the recent rebranding including a modernised company logo. We aim to keep up to date while maintaining our excellent reputation for quality customer service.
